The 2020 Real Estate Institute of Victoria (REIV) Commercial and Industrial Awards have officially been judged and awarded, with Facey Property winning three of the coveted awards.
Facey Property specialises in commercial and industrial real estate in Melbourne’s south-east; their awards were for the marketing of both industrial and retail properties located in Hallam and Dandenong.
Since Facey’s first submission for consideration for an REIV award in 2016, they have been finalists 16 times and have won seven prestigious marketing awards.
With this year’s awards theme focusing on innovation, it was the REIV that also had to be innovative by presenting the winners in an electronic publication, given Victoria’s restrictions.
"Winning three awards this year is testament to the entire Facey team. 2020 has been challenging for everyone in our industry, so to receive this recognition by the REIV has given our team a much-needed boost,” said Facey Director, Mark Bond.
“We have been focussed on genuinely innovating within our business for several years, and have left no stone unturned when looking to improve the way we present and market our properties.”
“Everyone at Facey regards the sale/lease of each property we work on as an assignment of significant importance. Our resources, property data, and market knowledge, along with an unrivalled track-record ensures the best possible result for our vendors and landlords." Mark concluded.
"Tonight’s winners have been rightly rewarded for their hard work, dedication and innovation." REIV CEO Gil King commented.
