A large Bibra Lake industrial property has been sold to a local business owner for $2.45 million.
Located at 12 Winchester Road, the 4,052sqm site comprises a 1,150sqm building which includes office space, a workshop, and two warehouses.
Offered to the market vacant possession, the property was marketed by RWC WA agent Victor Aloi on behalf of an owner occupier.
“The prime industrial hub of Bibra Lake is renowned as a prominent industrial precinct in Western Australia, attracting a diverse range of businesses from various sectors,” Mr Aloi said
“The property offers easy access benefits with excellent connectivity to major transport routes such as Stock Road, Spearwood Avenue and the Kwinana Freeway, allowing convenient access to Perth CBD and other key industrial areas.”
Mr Aloi said the property received a lot of interest throughout the campaign due to the high demand for industrial assets, with limited stock on the market.
“We received a lot of enquiry from buyers keen to operate a business situated in the vicinity of Port of Fremantle, including buyers from interstate,” he said.
“This location facilitates seamless import and export activities, making it an attractive option for logistics and distribution businesses.”
