Two industrial land lots in the Bruce Highway corridor linking Brisbane to the Sunshine Coast for sale by Ben Hatch, Mark Clifford and Mark Litwin of Knight Frank.
Two industrial land lots in the Bruce Highway corridor linking Brisbane to the Sunshine Coast are for sale.
The properties being lots 12 and 21 at Mineral Sizer Court in Narangba are the last remaining lots available for sale in the In the Boundary Industrial Zone (BIZ).
BIZ is a premium industrial estate that is already home to a number of well-recognised businesses including Australia Post, Metalflex, MMD Australia, Outdoor Elegance and CSR (Gyprock Trade).
Lots 12 and 21 Mineral Sizer Court total 25,821sq m, with lot 12 being 9,391sq m and lot 21 being 16,430sq m.
The sites are being taken to the market via an Expressions of Interest campaign run by Ben Hatch, Mark Clifford and Mark Litwin of Knight Frank.
Mr Hatch said the Narangba lots would appeal to a range of occupiers, developers and investors wanting to secure a foothold in the tightly-held Bruce Highway corridor, linking Brisbane to the Sunshine Coast.
“The opportunity to acquire General Industry zoned land of this size and quality ready for development across Brisbane’s northern market and Moreton Bay catchment is becoming increasingly scarce,” he said.
“Lots 12 and 21 represent the final chance for developers and owner-occupiers to purchase serviced, level sites within the Boundary Industrial Zone estate.
“These lots are ready for immediate development, subject to council approval.”
Mr Clifford said the BIZ was perfectly positioned for businesses looking to service north Brisbane and the Sunshine Coast region, with excellent connectivity to the Bruce Highway via the Boundary Road interchange.
“The properties have great potential for growth due to their location in the Moreton Bay region, which is one of the largest and fastest-growing council areas in Australia,” he said.
“It is projected that over the next 20 years an additional 200,000 people will move into the region.
“Along with having access to a large and skilled labour force, lots 12 and 21 are also in close proximity to a vast array of amenity and services.”
The BIZ is approximately 35km from the Brisbane CBD, 35 km from the Brisbane Airport and just under 50 kilometres from the Port of Brisbane Major occupiers who have located within North Lakes, neighbouring Narangba, include Bunnings, Costco, IKEA, Officeworks, Mitre 10, The Good Guys, Amart Furniture among many others.
The Expressions of Interest campaign for the property will close at 4pm on Thursday, April 24.
