An industrial asset at 2 and 3/107 Northlink Place, Virginia has been sold for $1.2 million to an owner-occupier.
Comprising about 667 square metres of floor area, the site features a 433square metre clear span warehouse, 117 square metre refurbished office and 117 square metre mezzanine.
The property was marketed and sold by Ray White Commercial Queensland’s Director – Sales and Leasing Paul Anderson and Sales and Leasing Executive Andrew Doyle.

Mr Anderson said the property was sold for Mitchel Enterprises & B25 Pty Ltd ATF, having already had a history with the vendor.
“We actually sold this exact property to the vendor seven years ago, so it's very pleasing to close this transaction out for him,” he said. said.
“The sale price reflects 18 per cent growth over the period of ownership, so it was a terrific result for the vendor.
“The warehouse has access via two container height roller doors, the ground floor office has air-conditioning and amenities, and it also benefits from 10 exclusive-use car parks.”
Mr Doyle said the north side of Brisbane continued to flourish with owner-occupiers more attracted to the area than ever before.
