CBRE has announced several senior promotions in its Valuation & Advisory Services - Industrial & Logistics (I&L) business line to strengthen its platform and client service offering.
CBRE has set its sights on strengthening the Industrial and Logistics section of its Valuations and Advisory Services, announcing two new promotions.
Ryan Korda has been appointed to the role of National Director - Head of I&L, Valuation & Advisory Services and Julian Volpato being promoted to the role of Director – Head of I&L, Valuation & Advisory Services, NSW.
CBRE National Director, Valuation & Advisory Services, Kyle Richardson said the appointments reinforced CBRE’s focus on delivering a market-leading service offering for clients in both core valuation work and value-add consulting and advisory activities.
“Our ongoing focus is to support clients with strong leadership and the most extensive network of valuation specialists covering the commercial property sectors in every major metropolitan market in Australia,” he said.
“Ryan and Julian are leaders in the industrial & logistics sector, with wide-ranging industry experience and a deep understanding of our clients’ drivers and valuation requirements.”

Mr Korda has over 12 years of industry experience and has provided valuations for some of Australia’s largest I&L assets.
He is currently on the panels of all major Australian banks and is well regarded by institutional and corporate clients.
Mr Korda has successfully led our highly regarded Victorian I&L Valuation & Advisory & Services team – a role he will retain in addition to his national leadership responsibilities.
Mr Volpato joined CBRE seven years ago and is regarded as a market leader in the Western Sydney I&L valuations and advisory sector.
He has close to 15 years of industry experience, during which time he has developed strong relationships with a diverse range of banks, institutions, corporates and private investors.
