Emerald Carrying has leased an industrial warehouse at 72 Trade Street, Lytton QLD from Sword Property Investments in a deal negotiated by Shaw Harrison Savills.
An industrial warehouse in the outer Brisbane suburb of Lytton has been leased to logistics company Emerald Carrying on a ten-year deal worth $495,000 per annum
The facility at 72 Trade Street is sprawled over a 1.5-hectare site and offers up to 3,954 square metres of covered improvements.
The NLA includes a high bay warehouse and workshop with truck wash bay, airlines and compressor, recessed truck service pits and an enormous awning spanning 26 metres.

There is also office accommodation featuring a two-level workshop control, plus a separate stand-alone building for corporate office accommodation, drivers rest or customer face, also suited for showroom.
The site is an entirely sealed concrete pavement with approximately 6,000 square metres of dedicated hardstand ideal for storing materials, equipment and prime movers.
The site allows drive-around access suitable for B-Doubles with two driveway crossover.
The deal was negotiated by Shaw Harrison from Savills Australia who said Emerald Carrying were amalgamating multiple sites and expanding their operation servicing the bulk oil and petroleum industry.
“The site was ideal for their use as it allowed the storage of their prime movers and trailers and offers an enormous awning with a couple of minor tweaks to customize the site for their use” he said.
