At a glance:
CBRE’s Adam Tresidder and Tom Rourke negotiated the deal, which will have ATS Building Supplies pay an initial rent of $125 per square metre.
Mr Tresidder said ATS’s high volume of container movements to and from Port Botany meant the move would create supply chain efficiencies for the business,
“The in-bound and out-bound doors that provide better efficiencies when receiving and distributing stock, were also a drawcard," he said.
Qube Holding’s Lorenzo Lun described the deal as "encouraging" in the current climate.
“During these times of uncertainty, it's good to see occupiers are still looking to expand their business and take advantage of what will be the country’s largest intermodal facility.”
