MIA Telecomms has signed a three-year lease for a multi-unit industrial estate located in the Lane Cove business JLL Director of Leasing (North Sydney) Francesco Princi negotiated the lease 7-9 Orion Road, Lane Cove leased on behalf of TWT Property Group.
JLL Director of Leasing (North Sydney) Francesco Princi negotiated the deal at a rate of $260 per sqm for 7-9 Orion Road, Lane Cove on behalf of TWT Property Group.
Mr Princi said, “MIA Telecomms are a leading distributor of all business telecommunications phone systems and video conferencing solutions and wanted to expand operations. They saw this property as having a central location on the North Shore providing good access to main arterial roads whilst also being efficient in layout and configuration.”
The estate comprises of individual self-contained units consisting of high clearance warehousing accessed via roller shutter doors, ground floor showroom and first floor office space with bathroom amenities on both ground and first floor. Car parking is provided as a mix of external on-site and basement undercover parking.
