Ian Barter, Managing Director Australia, Frasers Property Industrial welcomed the three new tenancies on behalf of Singapore-listed Frasers Logistics & Commercial Trust (FLCT).

The three tenant’s include National logistics and sensitive freight leader, PFM Logistics in Queensland, leading gift and party accessory supplier, IG Design Group to Dandenong South, Victoria and growing Australian transport, warehousing and freight logistics company, ACFS Port Logistics, to Eastern Creek, New South Wales.

Victoria: Leading gift and party accessory supplier, IG Design Group, at 98-126 South Park Drive, Dandenong South, Victoria.

IG Design Group is one of Australia’s largest suppliers of greeting cards, gift wrap, stationery, party supplies and accessories, holding licenses to brands such as Toy Story, My Little Pony, Spider Man, Thomas & Friends and Star Wars. The company will commence a 10-year lease on the 28,062 sqm facility in January 2025, following site upgrades that will include installation of a 200kW solar power system. 

New South Wales: Growing Australian transport, warehousing and freight logistics company, ACFS Port Logistics, at 4-8 Kangaroo Avenue, Eastern Creek, New South Wales.

ACFS Port Logistics will commence a three-year lease on a 15,941 sqm facility in January 2024, in order to support its growing customer base of some of Australia’s largest blue-chip importers and exporters.  

Queensland: National logistics and sensitive freight leader, PFM Logistics, at 29-51 Wayne Goss Drive, Berrinba, Queensland.

PFM Logistics will commence its five-year lease at the 10,467 sqm facility at 29-51 Wayne Goss Drive this month.
