The brand-new Goodman speculative developed warehouse property, Warehouse 2C, 19 Emporium Avenue, Kemps Creek, features a 5-star green rating, luxurious office and end-of-trip facilities, 15m* all weather loading awning, large secure hardstand area and rooftop solar system.
The new warehouse positions the global apparel company in same estate as other major local and international retail brands.
A long-term leasing deal, the transaction was spearheaded by Tara Cross and Chiara Liucci in collaboration with JLL industrial agency and occupier services colleagues.
