A rare opportunity to lease a ‘ready to go’ manufacturing facility opposite Port Adelaide’s defence precinct has become available.

The property at 44 Moorhouse Road consists of a warehouse, workshop and manufacturing facility totalling 3000sq m on 3252sq m of land.

The lessor is seeking Expressions of Interest to occupy the facility for lease, with the leasing campaign being run by Marco Onorato and David Ludlow of Knight Frank.
