Lorien Dalmau appointed to lead sustained growth for Vaughan Constructions

National builder and developer Vaughan Constructions has announced the appointment of the highly regarded Lorien Dalmau to the newly created position of General Manager of the Victorian business.

National builder and developer Vaughan Constructions has announced the appointment of the highly regarded Lorien Dalmau to the newly created position of General Manager of the Victorian business.

Ms Dalmau’s appointment is in line with Vaughan’s growth strategy, bringing extensive construction industry experience over more than 17 years and having delivered large and complex construction projects across Victoria and Western Australia.

Her career in construction began as an apprentice carpenter, which she completed successfully, prior to being appointed to several senior positions at ProBuild, Abigroup, and most recently as Shape Homes General Manager. Ms Dalmau has also completed an Executive MBA at Melbourne Business School.

Vaughan family shareholders Matt and Ken Vaughan welcomed Ms Dalmau’s appointment.

Ms Dalmau said she was thrilled to take on the new role.

“I really cannot wait to meet and get started with what is an exceptionally talented team, virtually without peer in their individual areas of specialisation,’’ Ms Dalmau said.

Ms Dalmau‘s appointment, which will commence in the middle of March, follows the appointment of former ProBuild chief Luke Stambolis to the role of CEO of the national business earlier this month.
