The Colliers business strives to do what is best for its clients, people, and community. As part of Colliers Gives initiative and continuing to deliver on its value the Industrial & Logistics teams Nationally across Q2 volunteered.
Through the support and encouragement of Colliers, the teams participated in various volunteering activities across the country for a number of important charities close to their heart, all with the same focus of giving back to the community.
“Participating with over 10 charitable organisations, some of these included The Property Industry Foundation, What Ability, The Salvation Army, Foodbank, and numerous others.” said Gavin Bishop, Managing Director, Industrial & Logistics & Head of Industrial Capital Markets | Australia.
The Industrial & Logistics teams embraced the diverse needs of each of the charities they partnered with and conducted various activities to extend a helping hand where it was needed most. From gardening to making food packs and everything in between, each of the efforts was fueled by a shared commitment to making a substantial difference. Through collective efforts and unwavering dedication, they were able to deliver not just assistance, but also a sense of hope across the charities and communities they each operate within.
“Each of our Colliers experts found the experience to be immensely fulfilling, enabling them to personally uphold our core values and give back in their own way.” Mentioned Mr Bishop.
The volunteering days enhanced collaboration across the teams, creating a team-building experience that solidified stronger partnerships within the groups. This strengthened collaboration will lead to greater success in delivering results for their clients.
The aim of this initiative was to encourage Colliers Industrial & Logistics teams to contribute positively to the community.
“We successfully met this objective, with all our teams actively participating in meaningful volunteering activities whilst making a significant impact. A big thank you to all the charities our teams partnered with for the opportunity to give back and get involved.” Said Mr Bishop.
Colliers strive to do what is best for their clients, community, and people and this initiative was a great way to uphold that value. The colliers Industrial & Logistics team look forward to building on this experience and continuing to give back providing further value in the community.
