JLL Head of Industrial and Logistics, Matt Brunsdon announced the appointment of Angette King as Associate Director Industrial and Logistics Western Australia.
Angette King has joined JLL’s Industrial and Logistics WA team and brings a wealth of experience to her new role, having previously worked at Cygnet West.
JLL’s Head of Industrial and Logistics, Matt Brunsdon said “I’m thrilled to welcome Angette to our team, she joins with a strong reputation in our market, due to her focused and principled approach, network and agency track record. In addition, Angette commenced her property career in valuations and management before becoming an agent, which gives her a well-rounded skillset and perspective, something we value highly within our team.”
“Perth is experiencing a high demand for industrial property, and this is expected to continue with business growth and interest from eastern states companies expanding into WA. JLL has prioritised helping clients navigate this period by ensuring we recruit and retain top industry professionals like Angette, whose passion for creative solutions and continuous improvement is evident in everything she does,” Matt said.
Angette is a member of the Property Council Industrial Committee and was a 500 Women In Property Participant in 2022, with a Bachelor of Commerce, majoring in Property Development and Valuation.
The main motivation for the move was knowing JLL as leaders in the industrial market explained Angette. “A big part of work for me is having a team you can not only grow in, but a team you can grow together with. These key attributes are what have attracted me to working with Matt Brunsdon and the JLL Industrial and Logistics team.”
Angette is optimistic about the continued growth of the industrial sector in Perth's Metropolitan Region. “With limited available space for both owners and investors, the ongoing construction activity reflects strong confidence in Perth's industrial and logistics market from investors and developers alike. I believe this sustained expansion and strength in the Perth region will continue to catch the attention of new investors who have yet to explore opportunities in the Perth industrial market” she said.
