All 32 units of the newly constructed Access Business Park at Chinderah in the Tweed Shire have been sold through REAL Specialists Commerical's Aaron Neylan and Darren Jones.
A new business park in the Tweed Shire has received an enthusiastic response from the market, with all 32 units within the site now sold.
Situated at 18-20 Naru St, Chinderah, the Access Business Park Access Business Park consists of concrete tilt slab industrial style warehouse/office units from 78 square metres.
The site is positioned on the Pacific Highway with easy access to the Gold Coast and Brisbane in the north and to Byron Bay and Sydney in the south.
REAL Specialists agents Darren Jones and Aaron Neylan marketed the site, which was completed in September.
Mr Neylan told WILLIAMS MEDIA the interest had remained consistent throughout the development of the industrial estate.
"All units have now been sold, and we had completed 75 per cent of these sales before construction even commenced," he said.
"This project has been the largest amount of units sold in the area in many years, and the fact we are still sales fielding calls from people who missed out indicates there is a solid, healthy appetite for commercial space in the area."
"There are potential future local developments in the works and we encourage people to contact us to discuss options."
REAL Specialists also oversaw the sale of a surplus industrial block of land at 26-28 Naru St to a local operator for $1,455,000 in July.
