Eight assets ranging in size in Canning Vale sold by Ray White Commercial (WA) Sales and Leasing Executives Josh Sumner and Enrique Reyes.
Local owner-occupiers have snapped up eight separate office/warehouse units in Canning Vale with a total sale value of $4.775 million at 2-6 Tulloch Way.
The eight assets ranged in size from 446sq m* to 640sq m* and were all sold by Ray White Commercial (WA) Sales and Leasing Executives Josh Sumner and Enrique Reyes.
“The whole site was originally built all under one title and was always only available for lease. Recently, the demand for warehouse units has increased, and the property was converted into a strata complex,” Mr Sumner said.
“The units were brought to market in October 2020 and in less than a month the first unit was taken, followed quickly by the seven other contracts, with multiple buyers viewing at the same time. The last available unit went under contract in April 2021.
“All the units were purchased by local owner-occupiers looking for good value warehouse units with ample parking and easy access.”
“It has traditionally been quite challenging for industrial warehouse units, especially in Canning Vale, where there are usually plenty of options and high vacancy levels,” Mr Reyes said.
“Despite these challenges and the constant negative news about COVID-19, Ray White Commercial (WA) persevered to challenge the market and engage local business owners to move from their leases to purchase their own premises.
“The eight industrial units sold in record time and contributed to almost half of the recent industrial unit sales in Canning Vale.”
