Goodman has leased a 6,047sqm distribution warehouse and office space in Eastern Creek to Alspec and its new solid aluminium and cladding subsidiary, Aluminium Façade Systems.
Within the sought-after Interchange Park, 11 Interchange Drive, features a modern 5,498sqm warehouse, 49sqm two-level office and secure basement parking.
It will accompany Alspec’s neighbouring 10,000sqm distribution and manufacturing facility at 3 Alspec Place, within the former Wonderland development.
The overflow warehouse will accommodate growth in its solid aluminium cladding business, which has been driven largely by government regulations around combustible cladding following incidents such as the Grenfell Tower and Lacrosse building fires. The property has an internal warehouse clearance of 10.6–13m, three recessed docks and four on-grade roller doors, as well as a large awning that facilitates all-weather loading and a secure hardstand area.
CBRE’s Moshe Greengarten, Cam Grier and John Micallef negotiated the lease.
