Leading diversified professional services and investment management company, Colliers, has announced a strategic new industrial leadership  appointment in Singapore.  

Nicolas Menville has been appointed as Executive Director | Head of Singapore-based Industrial Clients, reporting to Colliers’ Managing Director in Singapore, Bastiaan van Beijsterveldt. 

“In this role, Nicolas will work closely with our team to prepare and execute on our growth  strategy for our market-leading industrial real estate sector presence,” Mr van Beijsterveldt said.  “He will collaborate with regional and global stakeholders to facilitate increased inbound and  outbound opportunities for new and existing clients in the booming industrial sector.

Mr Menville brings to Colliers more than 19 years of experience in commercial real estate, with a  strong track record which includes transaction, leasing, development and project management  across a diverse range of assets including industrial, logistics, data centers, office and living.  

His experience spans major real estate players such as Omega-RE as Real Estate Capital and Development Advisor, BNP Paribas Real Estate, Disneyland Paris and Bouygues Group, the fifth  largest construction group in the world. He is also an active member of the Royal Institution of  Chartered Surveyors (RICS).
