Last Month Colliers Industrial & Logistics expert, Gavin Bishop celebrated a significant career milestone of 25 years with the business. As Head of Industrial & Logistics Capital Markets, Australia and Managing Director of Industrial & Logistics, he has experienced great success throughout his career and built a strong reputation within the industry. 

Gavin joined the Colliers business in 2000 as a graduate valuer, through the company’s scholarship program, gaining valuable experience working across various service lines and locations in Sydney. From there, he began his time within the Industrial & Logistics team in South Sydney in 2001. 

His commitment and leadership skills were evident early on and across his 25 years he has held various leadership positions within Colliers. In addition to his current leadership roles, he is also a long-standing and key member of the businesses Australian Executive team. 

Gavin has played a crucial role in expanding the Industrial & Logistics business into one of the largest and most successful teams. His expertise has meant he has been involved in and supported his team to secure some of the country’s most significant and high-profile industrial & logistics transactions, establishing him as a trusted advisor by both his colleagues and clients. He continually delivers market leading results for clients, many of which have set benchmark records within the given locations.
