Colliers is delighted to welcome Beau Newman to Queensland's Industrial and Logistics business as an Executive, located in the Brisbane office. 

Beau joins Colliers after most recently working in sales and leasing for the Australia TradeCoast precinct.

“I am very excited to join the industrial team at Colliers focusing on the outer North market, which is a key area playing a pivotal role in the SEQ growth story,” Beau Newman said. 

“I look forward to continuing the Industrial teams’ success, while also growing the Colliers pipeline in 2025.” 

Colliers Industrial National Director David Brisk said Beau was a welcome addition to the team to assist with the booming industrial market. 

“Unprecedented levels of infrastructure development underway in South East Queensland due to  significant population growth as well as the upcoming Brisbane 2032 Olympic Games is having a  considerable flow on effect to the industrial and logistics industry,” David Brisk said.
