Colliers announce the appointment of Courtney Prince as Sales & Leasing Executive for the Colliers Industrial & Logistics Middle Market team in Melbourne  East. Courtney will be based in Colliers' Melbourne East office in Chadstone. 

Courtney joins Colliers with extensive real estate experience, having previously worked client-side with Prince Property Group. Her expertise in collaborating with councils, builders, and agents will  enable her to seamlessly transition into her new role, benefiting our existing client base while  building her own. 

In addition to her professional achievements, Courtney is a car enthusiast and the only female professional race car driver in the Porsche Paynter Dixon Carrera Cup Australia, racing for BWT  Global.

With colleague Steph Archer, Courtney secured the lease of a 195 sqm warehouse in Oakleigh within  her first month of joining Colliers before the property was brought to market, highlighting the  soaring demand for storage facilities in Melbourne's South East.
