The Linfox leased investment in Perth’s north-east suburb of Bullsbrook for sale by Nick Goodridge, Brett Mathanda and Ross Palframan of JLL Logistics and Industrial – WA.

Occupied by Linfox, Asia Pacific’s largest privately-owned logistics company, the offering at 3241 Great Northern Highway represents a unique industrial investment opportunity generating a net passing income of approximately $1,444,454 per annum and is fully leased until January 2026.

Nick Goodridge, Brett Mathanda and Ross Palframan of JLL Logistics and Industrial – WA, have been appointed to sell the property via a formal expressions of interest campaign.

Strategically located north-east of the Perth CBD and along one of WA’s busiest freight routes, 3241 Great Northern Highway, Bullsbrook comprises a substantial land holding of approximately 19.8ha.

Mr Mathanda said, “With approximately half of Perth’s road-based freight travelling north along Great Northern Highway and the recently opened Tonkin Highway extension, assets of this nature are critical to improving efficiencies and productivity of the freight network, and rarely become available.”

The purpose-built facility accommodates approximately 96,000sqm of storage space that meets FESA guidelines and sets the industry benchmark for fire safety and compliance standards.
