The property, located at 53-55 Bannister Road, was leased by local manufacturing business which operates nationally under two brands; Exteria and Modus Australia.
Ray White Commercial WA listing agent Enrique Reyes said the property received a lot of interest from large industrial operators who required a significant amount of corporate office space.
“The property is a high-exposure, premium industrial facility featuring a large office/showroom area, multi-functional workshop, massive rear yard area, and multiple access points,” Mr Reyes said.
