ISPT and delivery partner, Aliro, announced that 100% preleasing commitment has been achieved ahead of practical completion of their industrial development at Lot 2,400 at the Barracks at Metroplex Wacol in Queensland. 

ISPT confirmed tenants are Alloys, QCC Hospitality Supplies, and Tasman Logistics Services.

Lot 2,400 at Barracks is a speculative construction of two state-of-the-art facilities featuring five units totalling 31,365 sqm. Incorporated into base building design are significant ESG initiatives, including rooftop solar PV and rainwater harvesting, that will achieve a 5 Star Green Star rating.
