Meadowbrook warehouse, located at 18-24 Beal Street sold by RWC Southwest agents Jaems Balfour and Lachie Hale to an owner occupier for 14.2 million.
The owner occupier market for industrial assets is strong, with a Meadowbrook property being snapped up by an owner occupier for 14.2 million.
Located at 18-24 Beal Street, the 8,920sqm property comprised 5,603sqm of building area including 4,810sqm of warehouse space and 793sqm of office area.
The property was marketed by RWC Southwest agents Jaems Balfour and Lachie Hale.
“We sold the property to the vendor back in 2021 and after trying to lease the building as a whole in 2023, the owner changed directions and decided to cash out and take advantage of the strength of the owner occupier market,” Mr Balfour said.
“We sold to an owner occupier with an expiring lease in the Logan area who was looking for a site for long term growth.”
Mr Hale said the property attracted a lot of interest from owner occupiers.
“Multiple offers were presented through the campaign with the buyer securing the site on a cash unconditional basis,” he said.
“With the lack of larger stock on offer and continual increase in land prices sites like this are still hot property in this market.”
