The warehouse, a fully secure freestanding facility with both factory and office space, was sold with vacant possession by JLL’s Marco Chiodo and David Lidgard to DY Global.
With a total site area of 2,105 square metres and floor area of 1,060 square metres, the sale rate works out to be $7,122 per square metre.
The facility, located on the northern side of Millennial Court, includes access to the warehouse via two on- grade roller doors, clear span warehousing reaching heights of eight metres and an excellent rear hardstand with 40ft container and truck access, plus ample on-site parking.
For staff, 6 Millennium Court also provides impeccable office accommodation. The quality fitout is spread over two levels and provides multiple individual offices, breakout spaces and board room, in addition to other vital staff amenities.
