AND Property succesfully sold 24 Doriemus Drive, Truganina, a prime site in the esteemed Axiom Estate. The property has been acquired by a private developer who plans to develop four new warehouses, leveraging the site's excellent location with convenient access to the Western Ring Road and Princes Highway diamond interchange, located just 800 metres away, and offering a direct route to the CBD with ‘one traffic light.’

The sale was successfully negotiated by AND Property agents Ben Quennell, Ricardo Cappelletti, and Bryce Pane on behalf of Robinsons Road Pty Ltd.

Ben Quennell commented, “The Axiom Estate is recognized as the logistical hub of Truganina, with prominent neighbours such as Newcold, The Good Guys, and JB Hi-Fi. This strategic location continues to attract significant interest.”

Ricardo Cappelletti added, “After being on and off the market for an extended period, AND Property identified a developer capable of maximizing the site's 68-metre frontage to fit four warehouses, ensuring the development’s feasibility.”

Bryce Pane noted, “The property achieved a strong sale price of $810 per square metre, a notable outcome given the current challenges of high construction costs and interest rates. This sale highlights the increasing difficulty of replicating such strategic land holdings in Truganina.”

This transaction represents a milestone for AND Property, pushing their total sales volume to $75,000,000 just weeks after their first full quarter of business since launching earlier this year.
