Greg Russell and Jeff Dolan of Bromelton Industrial partners believe the activation of this 196.33ha holding will be the catalyst for the continued reinvigoration of the Bromelton State Development area (BSDA).

The BSDA is a precinct designated by the Qld State Government for a variety of Industrial uses ensuring industrial areas will not be encroached upon by incompatible and sensitive land uses. It has recently experienced significant activity due to the requirements of the circular economy. New entrants include Cleanaway, Soilco, Australian Natural Extracts, Hazell Bros and Terra Firma Fertilisers.

The activation and subdivision of this large parcel into bite-size (5ha-10ha) allotments will fill this void.

The offering includes a development approval from Scenic Rim Regional Council (SRRC) and Infrastructure Agreements from, SRRC, Qld. Urban Utilities and the Department of Main Roads and Transport.
