CBRE has listed Yandina Shopping Centre, on the corner of Old Gympie Road and Farrell Street.
The shopping centre is situated in a prime location in one of the Sunshine Coast's most historic towns, Yandina.
Also nearby is Yandina’s famous Ginger Factory, historic Yandina Pub, and a busy industrial estate in an area earmarked by the Queensland Government for rapid growth.
Anchored by a 1,000 sqm IGA supermarket and a mix of other specialty stores, the property also includes a separate adjoining 1.214ha title, which is approved for development expansion.
Another 5,185sqm would be left over for future development.
“It’s a high performing centre with development land, as well as the main trading precinct’s only supermarket,” CBRE's Rem Rafter said, who is marketing the centre with colleagues Brendan Robins, Michael Hedger, and Joe Tynam.
“The centre’s future development, which would see it more than double its current size, will only further capitalise on the growing catchment and provide a critical retail centre for decade.”
The shopping centre includes parking for up to 114 vehicles, generated an annual holding net income of $988,583, and is also being offered with a Weighted Average Lease Expiry (WALE) of 6.34 years.
