A prime industrial property near the heart of Toowoomba's CBD has been leased through Ray White Commercial.

The former Avis site has wide frontage at 262 Ruthven Street, Toowoomba as well as fronting on to two other streets.

The property was leased by OzCar, a used car dealership that has 14 locations across Australia and is now expanding into Toowoomba. It will be the company’s second location in the state and is expected to employ up to a dozen new staff in Toowoomba. 

The business was an endorsement of Toowoomba's current economic position, Geoff Percy told WILLIAMS MEDIA.

Geoff told WILLIAMS MEDIA, OzCar intend to stock between 60 to 100 vehicles on site and offer excellent warranties for used vehicles which will shake up the market.

The site comprises an area of 2,000sqm* with 1,000sqm* underroof display area. There is a modern office block with reception, 3 offices, kitchen and toilets, as well as two workshops with hoist and enclosed workshop yards.
