Brisbane industrial facility sold to Mapletree Logisitics for $21.25 million
Singapore-listed Mapletree Logistics Trust has acquired a newly-built logistics facility in Inala, Brisbane for $21.25 million in a deal negotiated by Paul Burns of Fitzroys and Justin Clarke of McGees Property.
