Centennial acquires broadacre industrial asset Ipswich sold for $35.5 million - Blue Commercial
Centennial has purchased a substantial 67-hectare industrial site at 540-604 Warrego Highway, North Tivoli, 40 km south west of Brisbane. The off market sale was negotiated by Gary O’Shea of Blue Commercial.
