Eastern Creek Industrial Site sold for $180 million to LOGOS in off market sale by Savills
LOGOS, together with its capital partners, has purchased a 26.7-hectare vacant land parcel to develop a c.$500m logistics estate. The eastern Creek land parcel was brokered by Ray Trimboli of Savills.
