Centuria secures $18m Wetherill Park industrial facility
Two Wetherill Park freestanding industrial units sold to Centuria Capital Group (ASX:CNI or “Centuria”) for its wholesale unlisted fund Centuria Select Opportunities Fund through Cushman & Wakefield’s Carl Pearce, Nick Brooks and Alistar Siokos.
