The Western Australia-based iron ore industry leader has signed a five-year lease on a 1,670sqm facility at 9 Longfellow Court, just off Abernethy Road.
The property is centrally located between Perth’s CBD and airport, and the Kewdale and Welshpool industrial areas to the south east, offering easy access to the Great Eastern, Leach and Tonkin Highways.
The high-truss warehouse features clearance of up to 9.5m, while the well-presented office space is spread across two levels.
CBRE’s Chris Monterosso and Tom Iredell managed the transaction on behalf of the private vendor.
“This new commitment shows the resilience of the WA resources sector in the current climate, with approximately $27 billion worth of projects committed to or currently under construction,” Mr Monterosso said.
“This increase in activity is expected to have a positive flow-on effect to Perth’s core industrial markets.”
