National independent valuer and advisor m3property, has promoted Brisbane-based director Dan McGrath to the role of National Director Industrial.

A Certified Practising Valuer and the holder of a Bachelor of Business Degree, Mr McGrath has wide-ranging commercial property industry experience over 27 years including work in valuation, consultancy and due diligence on major real estate acquisitions, stock listing and loan security work, and with many of Australia's top property investment funds.

Mr McGrath has worked as a valuer in Sydney, Canberra and Eastern Europe before joining m3property's Queensland office in 2019.

Managing Director of m3property's Queensland office, Ross Perkins, said Mr McGrath’s promotion followed his strong performance in his role as director.

"Dan’s promotion is well deserved," he said.

"He hit the ground running when he joined m3property and has since been an invaluable contributor nationally.

"His broad skill set will complement and enhance our client service capability allowing m3property to further expand our reach across the nation."
