Ronis Variety Discount Store has leased a Wetherill Park industrial warehouse to support metropolitan distribution to its discount stores.
Ronis Variety Discount Store has signed a three-year lease on a 2,500sqm office/warehouse property at 495 Victoria Street, Wetherill Park.
The property, which provides office accommodation over two levels, features three loading docks, internal clearances of up to 9.3m and excellent container loading/unloading areas.
CBRE’s Matthew Alessi, John Micallef, Elijah Shakir and John Tsoutsa negotiated the lease transaction for an annual rental of $120 - $130 per square metre (gross + GST).
Mr Alessi said the site had multiple benefits for the company.
“The major attraction for Ronis Variety Discount Store was the property’s 9.3m clearances to maximise racking capacity, ability to load/unload containers and close proximity to its existing Wetherill Park warehouse.”
