Ray White Commercial has welcomed back seasoned Perth property professional Martin Vogt to the role of Senior Industrial Negotiator for its WA branch.
 
Having worked in the property market since 1995, Mr Vogt has more than 18 years of experience in the Perth industrial market, seven of which were with Ray White.

Mr Vogt told WILLIAMS MEDIA it had been nice to see how far the Ray White brand in Perth had come since his last role with the group.

“Having had a successful work history with Ray White Commercial some years ago, and having kept a good relationship with the current directors, I was excited about rejoining the group at their head office in the Perth CBD,” he said.

"There are some quite good opportunities out there for us at the moment." 
 
He added that while COVID-19 uncertainty was still a fixture in the Perth industrial market, there was still "really solid" enquiry, both locally and from the eastern states.

"There is a lot of caution but there are sizeable deals being done out there," he said.

"A big area of the sector in Perth is with the design and construction marketplace where owners are very aggressive with the deals that are on offer.

"We have a high level of vacancy in our C and D-grade stock situated within the southern and eastern corridors that will continue until the redevelopment of those sites."
 
In addition to property, Mr Vogt coordinates Ska and British Music Events in Perth, organising bands and DJs for gigs in various Perth venues, while also coordinating the annual Ska and British Music Festival held at The Rosemount Hotel each October.
