Reece will relocate specialty business units in Melbourne Airport's wider estate after signing a pre-lease deal negotiated by CBRE Associate Director Daniel Eramo.
Melbourne Airport has added Reece Group to its Business Park, with the plumbing and bathroom giant inking a deal to for a purpose-built facility within the estate.
From July 2021, the company will be based in a new centralised multisite branch that will comprise 11,670 square metres of the 46,566 square site.
Melbourne Airport Chief of Commercial Property Andrew Gardiner said he was thrilled the Reece Group had joined the likes of Toll, TNT and Porsche in establishing a presence at the Business Park.

Reece Group’s Chief Operations Officer, Daniel Palumbo said the move would consolidate the Group’s brands under one roof, having previously operated out of specialty business units in the area.
“By locating specialty brands at the one multisite, we’re able to provide an even better level of service, delivering on our ‘works for you’ customer promise,” he said.
“Melbourne Airport is central to our key suppliers and customers in the region.
"The combined multisite location will also see the creation of new jobs.”
CBRE Associate Director Daniel Eramo, who negotiated the lease with Reece Australia, said the process undertaken identified the Melbourne Airport Business Park as the "ultimate location" for Reece Australia.
“The park is one of the largest industrial estates in Victoria, giving occupiers the opportunity to co-locate with some of the country’s largest logistics occupier," he said.
