Tyres 4 U has leased an A-Grade freestanding industrial facility at 39 Britton Street Smithfield leased from Mirvac paying $120sqm net under a seven year lease. 

The 13,390sqm GFA comes with a 2,697sqm super awning, full height precast construction with six on grade RSDs and six docks.
