38 Crocker Street is one of Malaga’s largest multipurpose properties in Perth’s northern corridor and was previously a food production facility, on a large landholding of 22,131sqm with triple street frontage.
The property was offered as private treaty by joint agents JLL and Raine & Horne Commercial, receiving multiple offers over a four-day period. Bidfood Australia was the successful purchaser, securing the property for $8,450,000 + GST.
