Purchased by a private occupier, this sale now takes the total volume of sales in suburban food grade facilities to almost $13 Million since the start of the year for the agency.
The first an office warehouse secured by Hai Seafoods in Beecher Street Preston was purchased after a successful expression of interest campaign during the third lockdown.
The second was a 4,800 sqm site in Sheehan Road Heidelberg West, leased to multinational tenants, Simply Delish on a 12 year lease returning $447,000 pa. This campaign highlighted 5 bidders with almost $50M in capital outlaid from both interstate and local investors.
