Greg Pike and Matt Lee appointed to national roles in JLL’s Industrial & Logistics division.
Global property services firm JLL is strengthening its national industrial and logistics capabilities as it gears up for growth in Western Sydney.
JLL’s Greg Pike is transitioning to new role as National Head of Industrial Brokerage Services, which will include growing institutional leasing on a national level, connecting JLL’s industrial brokerage teams around the country.
Greg has over 17 years of industrial property experience. He was recently appointed as a board member of uTenant.
uTenant is a technology platform that connects tenants and landlords of industrial property directly for industrial property leasing, with JLL signing as a major shareholder in March 2021.
JLL’s Matt Lee has been appointed to a new role as National Head of Industrial Occupier Services, where he will manage JLL’s supply chain and logistics business, occupier services and strengthen data centres.
Matt joined JLL in 2018 having over 15 years’ experience in industrial property, with a focus on occupier services. Matt has a detailed understanding of the data centre market and an extensive track record in this space and will take the lead on data centres on a national level.
