LOGOS announced that ACFS Port Logistics (ACFS), Australia’s largest privately owned container logistics operator, has committed to the fifth stage of development at the Port of Brisbane which will comprise 10,000 sqm of warehousing space and 16,230 sqm of container rated hardstand.
LOGOS announced today that ACFS Port Logistics (ACFS), Australia’s largest privately owned container logistics operator, has committed to the fifth stage of development at the Port of Brisbane.
LOGOS will start construction of the new ACFS facility, which will comprise 10,000 sqm of warehousing space and 16,230 sqm of container rated hardstand, in January 2022. The facility is targeting a 5 Star Green Star rating and will include sustainability measures such as a 99 kw solar system, rainwater harvesting and energy efficient fixtures and fittings.
LOGOS has held strategic long term ground leases from the Port of Brisbane on Fisherman’s Island since 2015.
