Colliers Mitch Purcell and Corey Vraca have, together with Nationals' Jake Messina and Domenic Vardaro, successfully leased two brand-new industrial warehouses located at 109 and 117 Yale Drive in Melbourne's Epping on behalf of Pollozhani Homes.

The two side-by-side buildings have a combined building area of 4,535 sqm and have been leased to a Commonwealth Government tenant, achieving a strong annual rental of $740,000, representing $163/sqm.

Mitch Purcell, Associate Director at Colliers, said the on-market campaign generated over 50 enquires with a Commonwealth Government tenant being secured prior to practical completion of the warehouses.
