Under the lease agreement, WE-EF has committed to 4,600 square metres of space. It is structured to enable mark-to- market rents, reflecting continued demand for well-located industrial space.

We acquired the building in September 2021, with approvals received for the site expansion in May 2022. Our commitment is to provide functional, high-quality warehousing with unmatched connections to end customers,” Ms Checchin said.
Ms Natasha Beljic, Development Manager for ULC said, “We are excited to create a space for a tenant who shares our passion for quality and design.
