CBRE advised on both partnerships, which involve M&G Real Estate and KKR.
CBRE have exclusively advised Stockland on the establishment of two new, core and core+ logistics capital partnerships with globally recognised capital partners - M&G and KKR - with a combined initial portfolio of over AU$800 million.
Stockland M&G Asia Property Trust – a 50/50 open-ended partnership with M&G Real Estate, seeded by Ingleburn Logistics Park, NSW – initial portfolio GAV ~$415m
Stockland Logistics Partnership Trust – 70/30 open-ended Core-Plus partnership with KKR (70%) seeded with three Sydney logistics assets – initial portfolio GAV ~$388m
