Fitzroys is pleased to announce several senior promotions and appointments that demonstrate the desire of the Directors to provide opportunities and recognise the agency’s existing talents, and also secure high calibre professionals as part of its growth and push into new markets.
Following 15 years in Fitzroys’ agency team, Mark Talbot has been promoted to Director - Agency.
“Mark has been with the business for the last 15 years and over this time has really cemented himself as a true professional, having secured some outstanding results for clients.” Fitzroys Director, David Bourke said.
In another promotion within the property management division, Stephanie Seymour has been promoted to Associate Director - Property Management. Bourke said Stephanie has shown great leadership and professionalism across a diverse range of property sectors and developed strong relationships with clients.
Fitzroys establishes Industrial Division
Fitzroys has also announced the establishment of its Industrial Division, to be headed up by newly-recruited Directors, Marco Sandrin and Brent Glassford.
Marco and Brent will be joining Fitzroys with their assistant Deanna Zamora, all of whom have been working together for over eight years with previous roles in international agency where Marco and Brent both held roles as Directors.
“Marco and Brent have developed an enviable reputation through the industry and the industrial property marketplace,” Bourke said.
“We have always looked to expand into this sector of the market with a dedicated industrial team and needed to find the right people to align with our businesses. We are certainly excited to have secured such talent to these senior positions.”
