Record-breaking occupier demand in 2021, coupled with rapid business growth has seen JLL’s NSW Industrial & Logistics team expand with a number of strategic new appointments.
Mark Silva joins JLL’s Industrial & Logistics - Occupier Services in the role of Director, with 17 years of experience in the property industry. His most recent role as Head of Industrial & Logistics (NSW) at Knight Frank extended across the NSW industrial market.
JLL’s National Head of Industrial & Logistics - Occupier Services, Matt Lee said, “Mark’s appointment will enable us to continue to provide our global and local clients with expert advice and strengthen our national platform. Mark will work directly with our market leading Supply Chain team, Project and Development Services team and Environmental Sustainability team to deliver end-to-end solutions to our occupier clients. His extensive industry experience and impeccable reputation for client service and outstanding results will allow us to continue to provide the very best solutions to industrial occupiers across the country.”
In the past six months, JLL has expanded its NSW Industrial & Logistics Agency team and further bolstered its capabilities with the strategic appointments of five market experts, Mark Silva, Aston D’Alfonso, Matt Pizzonia, Chiara Liucci and Rebecca Emeny.
