Two separate education providers purchase premises as owner occupiers in transactions negotiated by Guy Naselli, Managing Director, NSL Property Group. 11-15 Rocklea Drive Port Melbourne sold to Ashmark Institute of Australia and 445 King Street, West Melbourne sold to Southern Cross Education Institute.
In the first of two transactions to Melbourne eduction providers as owner occupiers, a modern office & warehouse has been secured by a rapidly expanding Ashmark Institute of Australia in an off market deal negotiated by NSL Property Group.
NSL Property Group Managing Director, Guy Naselli, told The INDUSTRIALIST, “The prime city fringe location coupled with the need to expand their student base made this Port Melbourne property an ideal fit.”
Ashmark Institute provide a variety of educational services to their students have a number of campuses within Victoria with the head office based in North Melbourne.
The second of the two sales, a unique three level office premise opposite flagstaff gardens in West Melbourne’s tightly held high precinct has been secured by Australia’s largest Vocational and Educational provider, Southern Cross Education Institute in an off-market deal negotiated by NSL Property Group.
Southern Cross Education Institute (SCEI) is a privately owned and a nationally operated Vocational and Educational training provider delivering recognized qualifications across Australia to local and international students.
Already well established in Melbourne’s inner west with several campuses in North and West Melbourne, SCEI has secured 445 King Street, becoming their 5th Melbourne based campus, said Mr Nasalli.
